• Thorough Inspections: We perform detailed inspections to ensure everything is up to our standards before we finish your project.
• Walkthrough with You: After project completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the final result.
• Quality Assurance Visits: To guarantee the lasting quality of our work, we’ll revisit your home at 3 months and again at 11 months to address any issues related to our craftsmanship.

Understanding Normal Wear and Tear

Our warranty specifically covers any issues arising from craftsmanship errors. Please note that normal wear and tear, such as fading, chipping, or damage caused by regular use, isn’t included. For appliances and fixtures, their respective manufacturer’s warranties will apply.

Ongoing Support and Service
Even after your project is completed, we’re here for you:

• 3-Month Follow-Up: At the 3-month mark, we’ll reach out for a quality assurance visit to check in on the work and make sure it’s still in top shape.
