When we decided on the warranty to offer to our clients, we had two main objectives:

• To offer an industry-leading warranty to show our clients how much we stand behind our work.

• To view our warranty from our client’s perspective and offer something that would make you feel at ease, knowing that your investment is covered.

We believe in using the best construction practices, the best materials available, and hiring the best employees who take great pride in their work. To better serve our clients and maintain sustainability, we have updated our warranty policy.

Updated Warranty Policy:

• We provide a 3-month quality assurance visit to ensure everything is perfect and address any possible issues that may have surfaced.

• We offer another follow-up visit 7 months after the initial quality assurance visit to do a comprehensive project inspection and address any additional concerns.

Maintenance and Care:

Some of our work will require maintenance. At the completion of the project, we will provide you with a maintenance list, detailing all necessary tasks and their recommended frequency to keep your home looking and operating at the highest level.

Note: It is important to perform maintenance according to the provided schedule to keep your home in excellent condition. Adherence to our maintenance guidelines by our staff or an approved vendor will ensure your home remains in top shape.
