All new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)  replaced the tile and carpet. We opened up the wall between the living area and the kitchen, and added a seating area at the counter. The bathroom is one of our favorites -it was a single vanity bathroom and bathtub. We took some space from the master closet, which allowed for a double vanity to be installed; the tub was removed for a walk-in shower with a rain-head.

The BEST part of this whole transformation is the kitchen: the fur-down was removed and Shaker white cabinets with crown molding were added. Quartz countertops and glass backsplash tile tie it all together nicely. Updated lighting was installed as well!

How beautiful is that tile on the fireplace?! It changed the whole look of the living room!
